In the mean time how am I supposed to run a business when I can't do anything but sit by the phone for days and days? Then I have to call back, log my call into your system, get put on the list, and wait and wait and wait for my sacred chance at getting another return call. I can't leave the phone in the hopes that maybe that call will come through and heaven help me if I miss it. Believe me, I think you guys and gals at Gerber are the best but waiting and waiting and waiting for maybe a phone call or an email from service is becoming torture. It's not a problem with the file, I think there may be a problem with the security key but the latest is that Karen sent me a 'patch file' for the key and I ran it but nothing happened, it still did the same thing. Every other toolpath works just not the V carve, even the prismatic carve works. There is no communication problem with the computer and the router. I was able to output RTP files with the toolpath already created in another file. Tony, I tried everything.different files, different shapes, rotated and otherwise, uninstalling and reinstalling the software, etc.
